Since many clowns work with balloons, Miss Christa has been doing "Balloon Science" all week! Here's some of the activities we've been working on.
Monday : Forces and Motion - Balloon Rockets
Tuesday : Chemical Reactions - What Blows Up a Balloon?
Thursday : Using Our Senses - Mystery Balloons
Also this week we had a special visitor! Jamey Dagenhart (one of the coordinators of All American Athletes) stopped by our class to lead us in some music together. We had a blast singing songs and dancing to the music! Jamey will continue to come sing with us throughout the school year.
All American Athletes is a sports program in Rock Hill for children with disabilities sponsored by First ARP Church. If you would like more information, please let me know and I'll get you Jamey or Lesslie's contact information.
