This week in News-2-You we've been talking about Flat Stanley's 50th Anniversary.
Stanley goes on adventures all over the world by mailing himself in envelopes. So we've been writing letters, learning about our address, and sending a letter in the mail.

Miss Christa (Our Winthrop Intern) has been planning some great lessons for us as well! Since Flat Stanley likes to go on adventures - we went on an adventure in our classroom. We pretended to be pirates and used a treasure map to follow directions to some hidden treasure.
